A base fee for each delivery plus a rate for the distance. Earnings land in your MrDooD wallet as you finish each order, and are paid out the same night. When a customer pays cash, that cash is yours to hand in by 9 pm and is settled against the same wallet, so a day never ends in confusion about who owes what.
The rates are being set against real Vavuniya running costs and are confirmed during your training, before you take a single order.
